Nambara Arts and Crafts is part of YBE (2) Pty Ltd, an independently owned Aboriginal company whose main objectives are to provide training and work for local Yolngu people. The 25 clans of the East Arnhem region make up the board of YBE, and it is for these clans and their people that Nambara operates as a regional centre for Yolngu art and craft.
